Easements and theWest Dover Village Bridge

In order to build a trail from the end of the Valley Trail to Dover Green, Easements need to be obtained from the following people who own ~1700 feet of frontage on Route 100 listed in their property order from north to south:
Linda and Micky Kersten for parcel RT043, the northern end of the West Dover Village Bridge and ~160 linear feet. No easement signed, but owner is reportedly in favor of the development.
The owner of 1 Bogle Rd, property BO001, Bogle Road Cottage, LLC for the southern end of the West Dover Village Bridge and ~270 of length. No easement signed, but the owner is reportedly in favor of the development.
The new owner of ~710 linear feet RT039, the Tollgate Village property. Not yet contacted.
Farm Road Estate, the owners of ~350 linear feet at RT033A. No easement signed, but the owner is reportedly in favor of the development, generally speaking.
The owners of ~120 linear feet of the Waldwinkle Road condos, which consist of 10 units. Not yet contacted.
Rosemary Gillespie, owner of ~120 linear feet of path at 7 Waldwinkle Road RT025. Not yet contacted.
